SouthRoyalton Health Center (SRHC) bills your insurance for the visit. If you have a copay or deductible, you are responsible for those costs, just as you would be at any other medical facility. Copays will be expected at time of scheduling.

School visits are flexible to accommodate class schedules. If you would like to be present, you may arrange a set appointment time.

Yes. The Clinician can call you before, during and/or after the visit when appropriate. You may also attend in person — please let SRHC know when scheduling.
Prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice. You will receive a phone call and/or a written summary of the visit documenting the plan of care. To check your portal for documents or list of prescriptions click here.
The Clinician can send a referral if appropriate. If your child is not an SRHC patient, a copy of the visit note will be sent to their primary care provider (PCP) for continuity of care.
Yes. South Royalton Health Center is a pediatric primary care office located in South Royalton, VT. If your child doesn’t yet have a PCP, you can establish their care at SRHC. They can then be seen both at school (through HealthHUB) and at the clinic.
HealthHUB/SRHC will send a copy of the visit note to your child's PCP to ensure continuity of care.
Yes, if your child receives primary care at SRHC.
No, if your child's primary care is elsewhere. In that case, these services must be done by their PCP, since full access to medical history is necessary for clearance. (If there are extenuating circumstances please reach out to SRHC to discuss.)
